Patrick Loeb

Owner and General Contractor Patrick Loeb has been in the remodeling business for over 30 years. After earning his general contractors license in northern California, Patrick worked on a wide variety of residential remodeling projects including new construction.  Patrick's dream to open his own Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Showroom began to take form after moving his family to the Phoenix area.  In 2005, when Pat and wife Linda relocated to Anthem, Arizona Pat immediately knew that Anthem was a perfect place to start up a new Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Company. 

Debra Bittles

Kitchen & Bath Designer, Debra Bittles holds an Associates Degree in Residential Interior Design and is certified as a Kitchen & Bath Design from Canada College in No. California.  Debra has been a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) since 1996.     

It began with a friendship...

Patrick, Debra and their spouses originally met at their home church in northern California in 2000.  When the Bittles began to speak of relocating to Arizona for their retirement – the Loeb’s said “count us in”!   Our gigantic group move took place in 2005, and included the Bittles' daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons, Debra’s parents, Linda’s son, plus 3 dogs and 4 cats all made the trip from California in late September. In the spring of the following year Linda & Pat were joined by Linda’s parents & her sister.   Anthem has been our home since and we all love this community. 

Patrick’s dream of one day owning a Kitchen and Bath Showroom to enhance his already sucessful Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Company was becoming a reality.  Debra's dream of designing kitchens and baths and managing a kitchen and bath showroom finally merged, when Grace By Design Kitchen & Bath Showroom opened it's doors in August 2008.  We truly are a family and friends business.  We know you’ll enjoy working with us on any project that you may have – no matter what size.
